3D decoupage is a piece of work made with several identical pictures/prints and by cutting out each element and layering them on top of each other to create a three-dimensional picture.

3D Decoupage is one of those crafts where the completed project  looks like it is pretty hard. But it is in fact relatively simple.

Decoupage is also known as 3D Decoupage as well as Paper Tole.  The French word "Decouper" means to cut and that is where the word decoupage comes from .
